Water Aerobics

Tuesday / Thursday evenings  7:30pm – 8:15pm

First Class – June 22nd

 Shallow Water Workout 

This water fitness program is provided by the “Wet yet?” Water Fitness Company  especially for the members of the Country Glen Swim Club. Classes are held for 45 minutes in water that is chest-deep and provide a low-impact but challenging cardiovascular workout.  Participants will exercise to music and perform a variety of motions including water walking and running, abdominal work and toning exercises.  This class is designed to burn fat and increase cardiovascular fitness, range of motion and muscle tone. 

10 sessions for $75.00 

 Please make checks payable to Country Glen Swim and Tennis Club and bring to the first session on June 22nd.

 Early Morning Lap Swim

Country Glen will  offer early morning swim sessions this year. The pool will be open beginning  June 7th  on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 AM -7 AM.  A lifeguard will be on duty.  Get your workout over with early!
